Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Initiating an Exchange:

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our Customer Support team within UAN: +92 304 1114337 |UAN: 111-337-569 days from the date of delivery to initiate the exchange process.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team via phone, email, or live chat to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the product along with all accessories, manuals, promotional items, and a copy of the original purchase receipt.
  4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
  5. Verification: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  6. Exchange: If the product meets the criteria, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you.

Exclusions:

  • Personalized, engraved, or modified products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Products with physical damage, water damage, or signs of misuse are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Charges:

  • For exchanges due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and ship the exchanged product to you free of charge.
  • For all other exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
